2024-2025
A School Improvement Plan (SIP) or School Development Plan (SDP) is a central document used by Senior Leadership teams to map out their strategic plans for the development of their school.

Chronic Absenteeism Rate 2024:
• The chronic absenteeism rate for AMS in 2024 was 25%. This means 25% of students missed 19 or more days of school in the 2023-2024 school year.
Involvement 2025 goal:
• 80% of students will have participated in at least one school event/activity, as evidenced by a survey in May 2025.
Chronic Absenteeism Rate 2025 Goal:
• The chronic absenteeism rate will be 12.5% or lower for 2025.
Belonging Data Survey Goal 2025:
• 80% of AMS students will answer "yes" to having at least one trusted adult at school, as evidenced by a survey in January and May 2025.
