Students Take Flight!

Algonquin
Flight Club at Algonquin Middle School is all about aviation.
Students start by exploring some of the basic forces of flight, then investigate flight in different ways.
Thanks to the generous support of the District 62 Benefit Association and the Civil Air Patrol, students are able to explore by using block code and free flying drones, and also completing training modules using Prepare3D Flight Simulator software.
The program is currently in its second year, and continuing to expand to include multiple flight experiences.
